Introduction
Creditline Finance Company is a closed joint-stock company, hereinafter referred to as " Creditline Company," " Creditline App," or " Creditline Website." It is licensed and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank under Commercial Registration No. 1009153997.
These terms govern the use of the Creditline Microfinance Application, the Creditline Website, and any other services provided by the company from time to time. This agreement is presented in both Arabic and English to ensure clarity and accessibility.
To benefit from Creditline 's services, customers must read and agree to these terms before registering. Your acceptance of these terms is necessary to complete the registration process and benefit from our services. We also conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify your eligibility. Therefore, please read the terms carefully.
Creditline reserves the right to amend, update, or delete any provision of the terms and conditions at any time, and customers will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to their effective date via the contact information registered in the Creditline App or Website. All new amendments are binding on all users and beneficiaries of Creditline services.
By registering for Creditline's electronic services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, fully understand them, and agree to abide by them.
Acceptance of Terms
To benefit from Creditline services, the customer must read and accept these terms before registering. Consent is required to complete the registration and access our services. 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) checks are conducted to confirm eligibility. Creditline reserves the right to modify, update, or delete any clause with 30 days' notice through the registered contact channels. All updates are binding on all users.
Definitions
The following are the approved meanings for the terms used in these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
Creditline : refers to Creditline Finance Company, a company licensed and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank.
Account: the electronic cash account created by the customer through Creditline's electronic services to benefit from its services, after registering and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Customer: any person aged 20 years or older who has registered for Creditline's electronic services and agreed to the terms and conditions.
Credentials: the username and password used by the customer to access Creditline's electronic services.
SAMA: The Saudi Central Bank.
SIMAH: The Saudi Credit Bureau.

Fees: the amounts charged by Creditline for services provided.
Credit: the available balance in the account for financing the customer.
Digital Installment: A micro-finance consumer service for purchasing assets and goods from retailers.
Financing: A micro-finance consumer service provided by Creditline to the customer. Financing eligibility is determined based on Creditline's discretion and standards.
Know Your Customer (KYC): Identity verification procedures in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and relevant government agencies.
Money Laundering: Any activity prohibited under the anti-money laundering laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Retailers: Companies and stores (physical or online) that offer digital installment services in partnership with Creditline.
Restricted Bank: The bank that manages Creditline's bank account to arrange payments on behalf of customers.
Secret Code: A 6-digit personal identification number chosen by the customer to protect their account.
Registration: The process of creating an account on the website or application of Creditline to benefit from electronic services.
Creditline Electronic Services: The application and website provided by Creditline to enable customers to obtain financing and make payments.
Creditline Bank Account: Creditline's bank account with the registered bank, used to organize and maintain payments on behalf of customers.
Creditline Trademark: The registered trademark of Creditline Finance Company.
Activation Code: A verification code sent to the mobile number registered in Absher, followed by a confirmation message from Nafath, to ensure the security of the identity verification process.
Terms and Eligibility
- Terms of Registration and Use of Services
- Creditline allows users aged [specified age] and above to register for its services, provided they are Saudi nationals.
- Registration or use of the platform by anyone under [specified age] or by non-Saudi nationals is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use.
- By using the Creditline website or application, you agree to all terms and conditions.
- If you violate any of the terms, Creditline has the right to take the following actions:
- Suspend or cancel your account.
- Cancel your finance list.
- Delete any information you have posted on the platform.
- Prevent you from accessing the services and products available through the platform.
- 2. Residency and Connection Requirements
- To ensure the efficient and secure provision of Creditline services, the user must:
- Be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Have a valid mobile number subscribed to a licensed telecommunications company.
- Only one account is allocated to each mobile number, and multiple accounts are not permitted for the same number.
- 3. Information Accuracy and Inquiry Consent
- When registering and applying for financing through the website or application, the user is obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
- The user agrees to grant Creditline full authority to inquire about them through all information service providers.
- If incorrect or misleading information is provided, Creditline has the right to take the following actions:
- Suspend or cancel the account.
- Reject financing applications.
- Terminate any existing agreement between the two parties.
- Restrict future use of the platform's services.
- 4. Account Activation and Access Security
- After completing registration, an activation code and confirmation message will be sent from Nafath to the registered mobile number.
- The user must:
- Enter the activation code in the application to activate the account.
- Create a password to secure the account, which can be updated later.
- 5. Financing Conditions via the Creditline Platform
- The customer must meet the following conditions to be eligible for financing:
- Nationality: Saudi national.
- Age: Between 23 and 60 years old, with full legal capacity.
- Position: On-the-job, subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum period of employment:
- 3 months for government sector employees.
- 6 months for private sector employees.
- Minimum monthly salary:
- 5,000 Saudi riyals for government and private sector employees.
- 10,000 Saudi riyals for military sector employees.
- Not be retired or have financial difficulties recorded in SIMAH.
- Disciplinary Actions for Providing Incorrect Information
- Creditline reserves the right to immediately terminate a customer's account if incorrect or misleading information is provided, with or without prior notice.
Restrictions on Use
When using Creditline's website or application, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and instructions, including laws and policies related to our services and products. In addition, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Own more than one account, or register on behalf of another person, group, or entity.
- Take any action that violates the rights of others, including defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks, or any other legal violation.
- Provide false or misleading information to Creditline, which may subject you to legal action or appropriate action.
- Use the electronic services for unlawful purposes, including fraud, criminal activity, or any activities that contravene Creditline's policies or the laws and regulations of the competent authorities.
Disclaimer: Any violation of these restrictions may result in the suspension of your account or appropriate legal action, at the discretion of Creditline.
Suspension and Closure of Account and Services
Creditline reserves the right to suspend, restrict, block, or terminate a customer's account, or to suspend services, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
- Unauthorized use of the mobile phone, line, or code, or its use in illegal activities or in violation of what was disclosed.
- Investigations initiated by regulatory or governmental bodies, or any competent authority requiring such action.
- The customer's failure to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the services.
- The customer requests the account to be closed, after verifying that there are no outstanding financial or legal obligations.
- Technical failures or emergency maintenance operations, or in the event of modification, update, change, transfer, or repair of systems and services for technical reasons.
- Suspected violation of the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank, or violation of the terms contained in this document.
Important Disclaimer:
In the event of account closure, Creditline assumes no liability for any losses that may result.
The credit account is considered a privilege reserved for the customer. In the event of his death, the account balance will be transferred to his legal heirs, upon submission of an official death certificate.
Service Fees
The customer is obligated to pay the fees determined by Creditline according to the agreed-upon mechanism. Creditline reserves the right to amend or change the fees, subject to notification to the customer in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account Activities
The account allows the customer to:
- Obtain financing and access credit value through various means, as directed by Creditline.
- Receive notifications and SMS messages describing financial transactions and the balance.
Security and Unauthorized Use
- Each account has a password for access.
- The customer is responsible for the confidentiality and security of the password and credentials.
- The customer has the right to change the password through the electronic services at any time.
Customer Obligations
- Financial Responsibility: The customer is obligated to pay all fees associated with transactions and activities conducted through the application or website.
- Compliance with Regulations: The customer must use Creditline services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Saudi Central Bank, and must not use them for any illegal or infringing purposes.
- Accuracy of Information: The customer acknowledges that all information provided is correct and up-to-date and assumes full responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies.
- Notification of Updates: The customer is obligated to immediately notify Creditline of any modifications or changes to their account information to ensure uninterrupted service.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
- Compliance with Data Protection Regulations: Customer data is subject to the data protection regulations and regulations issued by the Saudi Central Bank, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
- Customer Data Rights: The customer has the right to view, access, correct, or update their personal data at any time.
- Secure Data Use: Customer data is used only for the purpose of providing services and improving their quality. It is only accessed and processed by authorized personnel, subject to strict security and privacy controls.
- Recording Transactions: The restricted bank maintains records of payment and credit information as evidence of the customer's available balance and financial transactions.
Disclaimer and Indemnity
- Services are available "as is": Services are provided through the website or application on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding their quality or performance.
- No Warranties: Creditline, including its affiliates and licensors, disclaims any implied warranties of title, accuracy, validity, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- No Liability for Damages: Creditline assumes no legal or financial responsibility for any direct or indirect losses or damages that may result from the use of the website, application, or services provided.
- Indemnification for Violations: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Creditline harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise as a result of misuse of the Services or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- Right to Amend: Creditline reserves the right to update, amend, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements and applicable regulations.
- Notification of Amendments: The Customer will be notified of changes through appropriate channels (such as the App, Website, or text messages), with an updated copy of the Terms sent thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect.
- Right to Object: The Customer has the right to object to any amendments within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the notification. In this case, the Customer may discontinue use of the Services if they do not agree to the changes.
- Implied Consent: If the Customer continues to use the Services after the changes take effect, this will be deemed an implied acceptance of the new and updated Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
- Fees Compliance: The customer is obligated to pay all fees due according to the terms specified by Creditline.
- Data Updating: The customer must immediately notify Creditline of any changes to their personal data or information associated with their account.
- Complaints Submission Mechanism: The customer may submit complaints or inquiries via email (support@Creditline.finance) or through the live support available in the app.
- Records Reference: Creditline platform records are conclusive evidence of all transactions conducted through the app or website.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Creditline reserves all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to its services and platforms.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This contract is subject to and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh for final and binding resolution.
Intellectual Property
The Customer acknowledges that the Creditline platform and all logos associated with its products and services are officially registered trademarks and may not be copied, imitated, or used in any way without the prior written consent of Creditline.
In addition, all pages, graphics, custom designs, and texts are service marks, trademarks, or trademarks owned by Creditline and may not be copied, used, or reproduced in any way without the prior written permission of the company.
All intellectual property rights associated with the application, website, content, products, services, and technologies used or derived therefrom are the exclusive property of Creditline and may not be exploited in any way without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Customer acknowledges that he or she is entirely responsible for accessing and using the Website and Application and its contents, products, and services. Accordingly, Creditline assumes no liability for any damages or losses that may result from misuse, including, but not limited to:
- Direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or additional expenses resulting from the use of the Website, Application, or any linked website.
- Any failure of performance, technical errors, omissions, interruptions, or malfunctions that may affect the operation of the Services.
- Delays in operation or transmission, infection of devices with electronic viruses, security breaches, interruptions, or system failures.
Even if Creditline or its representatives have been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages or losses, the Company assumes no legal or financial responsibility for them.
Your Content and Sharing Information
By submitting any information or content through the Website or Application, the Customer expressly agrees to the following:
- Rights to Use and Review: The Customer grants Creditline a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free right to use any information or content they provide, as part of their use of the Website and Creditline Services, and in accordance with the privacy provisions set forth in the Privacy Policy. Creditline also reserves the right to review, edit, reformat, delete, combine, or translate any information or content provided by the Customer.
- Customer Responsibility for Content: The Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of any content or information they provide through Creditline Services or Products.
- Creditline's Disclaimer for Posted Content: All information and content posted on the Website or Application or shared via other means related to Creditline Services, is the sole responsibility of the person who created it. Therefore, Creditline assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccurate content posted by users.
- Data Sharing Consent: When using the website or application, the customer agrees to provide their personal data and allow Creditline to retain and process it in accordance with the approved privacy policy.
Customer Consent
By this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by them upon registering and using the Creditline platform services.
My signature on any form or document issued by Creditline Finance constitutes legal confirmation of my full agreement to these terms and conditions.
Customer Declarations and Consents:
- I authorize Creditline to access my financial records for credit check purposes in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements through the relevant authorities.
- I am fully responsible for reviewing my account statements and related notifications immediately upon receipt.
- I agree to pay any fees, taxes, or financial obligations due in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- I undertake to notify Creditline in writing or by phone of any changes to my account information.
- I acknowledge that I have full legal capacity to agree to and sign this agreement and contract with Creditline.
- I confirm that I am the true beneficiary of the services provided by Creditline, and I agree to authorize Creditline to verify the IBAN number of my bank account.
